With its own unique sound and an exclusive music mix by the internationally renowned DJ Jaden Bojsen, the two-star Michelin restaurant Ammolite – House of Light at Europa-Park’s Bell Rock hotel is entering a new era, bringing the combination of fine dining and sound concept to life.
The Ammolite restaurant has been reimagined as the House of Light, with a brand-new philosophy and an overall concept that combines architecture, light and presentation on the plate to create an experience in perfect harmony. Two-star head chef Peter Hagen-Wiest specialises in down-to-earth, modern European-style fine dining cuisine.
The restaurant will be getting its own musical signature with the song Lighthouse – The Sound Of Ammolite by Jaden Bojsen. The track will be released on 25 March 2026 on all popular music platforms and in the Europa-Park online shop. In addition, Jaden Bojsen has produced a four-and-a-half-hour music mix that will be played in the restaurant from its reopening onwards, consistently reflecting the character of the House of Light and atmospherically enveloping Peter Hagen-Wiest’s culinary art.
Jaden Bojsen recently made his mark on the global dance scene with the song Let’s Go, released in collaboration with star DJ David Guetta, and achieved enormous reach on social media with the track. After a year of performances around the globe, including festivals such as Tomorrowland and a main stage set at Escape Festival, he is now bringing his energy and sound to Ammolite. He is once again conquering the charts with his latest song Upside Down, which was also produced in collaboration with David Guetta. Jaden Bojsen has had close ties to Europa-Park for many years. His father, renowned TV chef Brian Bojsen, has been a close friend of Thomas Mack, managing partner of Europa-Park, for many years. Brian Bojsen and Thomas Mack have already worked together on projects such as implementing the food concept for the 4* superior hotel Krønasår.
The new concept at Ammolite – House of Light creates an atmosphere that radiates clarity and tranquillity, where guests can relax, share food and laughter and be themselves. It offers elegance through simplicity and radiance through stillness, all surrounded by a sound that stays with you.
